al-Ḥamdulillāh it’s been over a year since I was blessed to chart a new course to better health. I’ve been in a 16:8 intermittent fast regimen and it’s had the most amazing results. For starters, I’m off my diabetes medication. Blood sugar is regulated.

In sharī’ah a thing is permissible until declared impermissible by way of a proof from the Qur’ān/Prophet ﷺ In this case (a woman being visible) there is nothing which prohibits a woman from “being seen”. It’s only if her ‘awrah is exposed. My wife’s is not. This is Islām 101.

I know y’all will reply but “buts” or they weren’t really Ṣūfīs or they weren’t in the right ṭarīqah but this kind of post is as troubling as it is disappointing.
