Recently heard someone say great startup founders are like cockroaches who refuse to die. I looked up fun cockroach facts: - can survive for 1-2 wks without their head - explosive growth rate - can survive a nuclear bomb - will eat anything (hair, glue, dead bugs) Spot on

Building a high-performing team? Retention & motivation are key. Here's what I've learned works (and doesn't): ๐Ÿ‘ 1. Spend 1:1 time IRL 2. Share 'why' their work matters 3. Ask, "How can I help"? ๐Ÿ‘Ž Overlooking the uniqueness of every team member. What else?
