@CBotelhoMagic Its not really comparable to bankbuster as the point of bankbuster was that it was a slow card advantage engine for the midrange mirrors. Paying 2 mana for a loot + treasure and no vehicle is kinda ass. I would be very suprised if this card saw any play at all.

7-3d the showcase with heroic, a couple misplays might have cost me matches in round 5 and 7, couldn't kick myself out of autopilot today. Deck performed fantastic overall, lost to Phoenix, Rak Sac and Rakdos. This deck has a lot more agency than people give it credit for.

The grind is great for me! I have a hobby that allows me to travel, eat good food, see good people and compete + it pays for itself due to using mtgo for practice = decent money. You have to supplement the paper grind with mtgo if you want to both make money and improve.

Cardinal Rule with Heroic btw, never keep one land hands on 7. Doesn't matter how many redraws you have just mulligan the damn hand. vs Phoenix there might be an exception OTD with Hoplite but I need to do more testing to figure out how much Hoplite increases your win rate.

The new RW convoke deck reminds me more of aggro in hearthstone than mtg, lame uninteractive highrolls and stupidly resiliant. The deck is super strong and I really dislike it being a good option in the format, and i'm not hyped to have to play vs it at the RC.

Happy I won the modern chall cause I missed Vintage Manatraders top 8 on breakers after starting undefeated which pissed me off a bit. Oswald Shops felt fantastic besides the Oath matchup which is a bit of an issue cause that deck is rly good.

Lost in the finals of the prelim on stream with Living End, losing to the nuts from 4c Omnath. Went 4-1 in the league, losing to @DuyVuMtG on Tron. The deck is really sweet, thanks so much to everyone who tuned in, looking to stream some challenges this weekend aswell :D

@raff_sputin contacted the head judges of RC Atlanta relating to this situation and the official ruling is that you do not have to mill your deck from the Amalia side, hope this is helpful.

. @IsaacKing314 if something like this comes up at the RC, is the game a win for me? i.e. is my opponent forced to mill themself out with explore triggers and then I can bounce one of the combo pieces to break the loop?

kinda trolling the RC, lost a game 1 vs RG in round 2 to an obvious punt. Couldn't sleep last night cause nerves and downtown noises. Seeing ppl doing well with my list feels good, wish I could join them and do a little better than 2-3 lmao

Playing the same list -1 Get Lost +1 Wildgrowth Walker in the board, excited to game. Very happy with the list and my idea panned out quite well in practice. Was conflicted in between this and Heroic but the Phoenix matchup was auto win with our list so I registered it.

@evan_mtg I've seen some pretty terrible ones but the Spirits/Amulet discord are often good places that can help direct you to good resources at the very least. Very surprised at how non-terrible those ones are.
