If you're querying me, know this: You don't have to comp to a book! Comps (while not necessary) are a helpful tool that can give me a feel for your ms, but sometimes other mediums fit better. The best description may be "Wes Anderson vibes" or "comps to Hozier's Eat Your Young".

Don't limit yourself to using a book if you feel that your project is best described another way! I want you to feel free to use whatever you can to set up your story the best it can be: be it movie, song, book, artwork, game, etc. Let me expand my horizons and be swept away! 🤩

It’s been a weird couple days in the best way possible. Today, I officially became a literary agent at @Bradford_Agents !!! Until 2020, I was fully focused on being a lawyer. That year I decided to shoot for my wildest dreams, and I can’t believe that my dream is becoming real.
