@KatClinPsy @joelbervell When I had my 2nd dose, the woman legit threw the needle like a dart. It's been over 1 yr and I still have muscular damage from it. She also selected 'black african' on the form despite me telling her 3 times that I was mixed carribean 🤦🏽‍♀️

There is always the need to distinguish which type of Black or Asian a person is. 'White' is accepted as is, with no need for an 'explanation'. It is also first on the list despite 'W' being the lowest alphabetical letter. #psychology #racism #mentalhealth

The struggles of doing a 9-5 where services you need to access also work 9-5, so you need to use your 30min lunch break at work to make basic health appointments/follow ups for your wellbeing instead of resting and enjoying your food/break...for your wellbeing.
