You have to say “look, you can do this all day but I said no, and I meant no.” Short term it’s a pain, but it pays off long term.

Got chatting to the paramedics who responded while they did tests, they confirmed elderly cause them many, many more call-outs than drunks or immigrants. Anecdotal, yes, but that’s what THEY said.
