@JoePostingg People are very weird about this. I cook small quantities, 2-4 servings per dish, I freeze extra portions, and I reuse ingredients. I seldom eat something more than twice in a week.

Full disclosure: I mathed a little wrong. 5th decile average is 7 drinks a year and 6th decile average is 32 drinks a year. So the true median is between those, but closer to 7 than 32.

@ENPancotti The ability to convert an hourly wage to an annual salary is something I learned to do when I worked hourly jobs. Except I never hit that “salary” because my boss was always screwing us out of hours. Which is common!

@Drnicolecb I'm so sorry. My milk never came in due to previous breast surgery, I hate that people assume breastfeeding is an easy solution. I've heard ready to feed is more available because it is more expensive. Locally in Chicago I've seen small cans at smaller local stores.
