Last night was my anniversary, the 1st since Christine died. The lead up to it was really hard with lots of tears. But I realized that this day should celebrated as the start of our family. It will forever be noted as our Family Day.
After a year of teaching 8 classes we made it official. I accepted an appointment as a full time Professor at CWRU for the 2019-2020 year. Thank you to all that have helped with my classes along the way and especially those that went above and beyond.
So apparently I am a complete d$ck and a$$ for thinking it is weird that Charlize Theron allowed a 3 yo to tell her how to raise her. This is not about the gender thing

I think I follow a lot of smart people. Not one of them thinks the simplest explanation, the market has bottomed and is reversing is right. Instead they talk about a 1-2 wk bounce, or short rally, before next leg down. Not 1
I know you all want to see 2200 or a 20% correction (maybe cuz you did not buy the 10% correction?), but there are a ton of charts moving up and looking strong
I started the decade at 6ft and out of work from financial crisis. Ended at 6ft and with a thriving business managing money and advising others how to do it themselves. Now giving back in teaching at Case Western. Be you and persevere it will come.
Big day, picked a Top 10 for the week, 13k steps, made banana bread, cinnamon rolls, dyed eggs and now making dinner. Used to be a lot of fun. I miss my wife.
Asked my 13yo daughter for 1 week's dog walking money to Donate to Cleveland Food Bank. Gave it without hesitation. As I'm walking away she calls me back and says, "Dad, can I give more?" I'm crying
So I know we are in a bear market since you all keep telling me. But that was quite an aggressive turn around after 2pm and following a 6% day. Do bear market gains count? Or are they like the Fed induced easy money gains?
Remember when you wanted a 3, or 5, or 10% pullback to buy the dip?
Did you buy anything on the 1st or 2nd dip?
You won't buy if it drops 20% either, will you?

Just back from a family 5 mile hike in Brecksville Reservation, then ice cream at Mitchell's Ice Cream. So happy I do not live in one of the communist states.
I know about the $QQQ reversing and rotation stories or flat out pullbacks, but many individual tech charts printed hammers, dojis and hollow red candles friday, all potential reversal to the upside.
It is good to see all the outrage here on pictures of Chinese citizens being rounded up. A whole new US generation finally coming to the realization of what a world without freedoms looks like.
