@GrGuenter
These people are living in an alternate universe and the sheer selfishness of infecting athletes with what is probably Covid is mind blowing.
@bluelyon
@FPWellman
Hate to break it to you but you just lost 3 IQ points with your โmildโ sars infection. It literally shrinks your brain. Keep up the good work!
@tincanfire
As it says in my bio I have no plans to get Covid from some random person at the grocery store but added itโs my social responsibility to protect others even if they donโt know they need protection because they have been lied to.
@raghu_venugopal
Wonder why that is? I was at Hamilton hospital to see a specialist and besides myself i saw one other person wearing a mask. Medical staff all maskless as are patients. I was the only person wearing an n95.
@LisaEsther6
@danrosenbergnet
Itโs not a blip. Itโs what happened in Europe and now happening here. Like every. Other. Wave. And. We. Still. Donโt. Learn.
@6ixbuzztv
Many of these students had the family mortgage their farms and are expected to pay it back or family will go tits up back home. They planned to work and get by with โschoolโ which is a sham for the most part and then get a pathway to citizenship. This is why they are upset. The
@fordnation
Myself and many other people will not consider dining next to unvaccinated which are two times more likely to infect us. If you remove masks I wonโt set foot in a store.
@ChrisAlvino
Ultimately itโs their own anger turned outward because they donโt know how to connect emotionally to other people. Itโs deep insecurity expressed as someone elseโs fault. In short they need therapy.
@Billius27
If someone goes to a restaurant they all assume the risk. But the pharmacy? The grocery store? To get a drivers license photo? To get blood work. Yeah I agree. Itโs not the fucking hard.
@wonderartsy
Glad I masked while waiting for a bone density scan today. Lady in the waiting room wearing a baggy clue confessed she thinks she has Covid.
@pen_is_mighty
Thatโs a good way to go. Living along until 102 and then going quickly as opposed to a long slow death from disease and disability. A sign of a life well lived.
@covidsafenetwrk
I honestly donโt care if they mask unless I have to be maskless. A good n99 mask removes pretty much all risk for this procedure which was no more than 15 mins likely. Pick and choose your battles.
@GowerMD
33 percent protection for India variant which is spreading rapidly. I think everyone needs to take a reality pill. This isnโt over and we need to protect older people and get them second dose and FLW ASAP. Thatโs the way it IS.
@SylviaJonesMPP
And not a word that Covid wastewater is surging more than the last 2 years or that itโs not just a cold. Nothing about long covid risk.
Even mild cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection are at risk of becoming long covid, and these results suggest the threat increases with multiple infections. (1/3)
@Tablesalt13
I fully support this. I grew up in Vancouver and itโs now a nightmare. People are randomly stabbing and attacking people and junkies everywhere. I now live in Toronto and itโs getting pretty bad here too but way worse there. Bc used to have a mental hospital for these people and
@dnholloway
@CP24
They donโt deserve the airtime. They will get one on one attention in the hospital. Their risk is only lower because the rest of us made it possible.
@MayorOliviaChow
The elephant in the room is pretending repeat sars2 infections are no big deal and mild. Workplaces must have clean air and effective sick and testing policies for it time be inclusive and safe. COVID enters through the respiratory system. Then travels via ace2 receptors alllll
@DFisman
How did I know that a year ago by reading studies of transmissions in China widely available on the internet. I bought n95 masks in Feb 2020. How does the government ignore this for SO long? I had to explain it to my doctor.
@jabathut
@jvipondmd
Get a Novavax if youโre scared of mRNA. Itโs like a tetanus shot. I know reality is hard to deal with when itโs unpleasant but you have two choices and one is much worse than the other. Itโs about that simple.
@DrEricDing
I went to the hospital to see a specialist and checked in at the desk and they screen you for symptoms and I said no I donโt have any because I wear these and pointed to my n95 mask. Isnโt it funny they actually work. Entire hospital staff maskless right now until next big surge
@Captaincoby00
I had FREE transphanodial pituitary surgery in dec 2019. One of the best neurosurgeons in the world AND a ENT surgeon to make the way to my sinuses. A team of 10 people. ICU 5 days after. Free.
@RickABright
In Canada our cows are not infected. Iโm not saying they wonโt be but clearly the feeding cows birdshit might be a good practice to end. Thatโs mind blowing
@cg_canning
Iโll stop masking when there is a treatment for long COVID and easy access to anti virals to prevent it. And likely beyond that in crowded indoor spaces and forever in any healthcare setting.
@JReinerMD
Yep. Itโs not a big deal. I flew 4x and wore an n99 mask and felt pretty safe. I donโt think this mandate will be removed anytime soon as itโs federal. Crazy to not mask in a pandemic in small spaces like that.
@CDCgov
And why does it spread easily indoors? Say it. Say the a word. And what kind of mask prevents this? Starts with an n. And what do we do for viruses that hang in the air like smoke? Starts with a v.
@DFisman
I think itโs insane what Alberta and BC are doing. It shows very little understanding of how this virus works and seems to think this is over. Itโs not over.
@BogochIsaac
We are not better off as a society if people refuse to understand this is a vascular disease that EVERYONE risks permanent disability with each infection and until we as a society don't protect the vulnerable in medical and LTC settings with RESPIRATORS (even an earloop would be
@AlexColangelo
I will dine in when I can get a PCR test and the Pfizer anti viral to ensure I donโt get long COVID. Or really drop the risk. No one talks about long COVID.
Even mild cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection are at risk of becoming long covid, and these results suggest the threat increases with multiple infections. (1/3)
@Tjeerd001
Me! I donโt like them for myself personally and what I liked 20 years ago wouldnโt want in a tattoo for rest of my life. And Iโm betting they donโt look great at 75 lol
@ianhanomansing
I knew it was airborne in Feb 2020 after seeing the choir case study and have only worn n95 masks the entire pandemic everywhere. How can any reasonable person look at that and say droplet. Itโs CLEARLY airborne.
@pot8um
Look into mast cell activation syndrome. It would be good to find an immunologist that specializes in it to rule out mastcytosis as well. Check out a low histamine diet and see if it improves and you have an answer.
@covidfuturenyc
You donโt need that. All you need is 80 percent wearing n95 masks. And that could be done by simply telling people what COVID actually does to the body and the risks and making free masks widely available. And recommend working from home if possible. Thatโs all it would take.
@mvankerkhove
Slowly backtracking but not fast enough. Time to straight up admit you were wrong, admit itโs airborne, admit even โmildโ cases are not mild as itโs a vascular disease not a cold, admit how risky it is to get repeat infections and long covid can affect anyone, so we can stop this
@danaparish
The irony of her statement is that through the entire pandemic the worst air I have ever measured by far aside form an airplane are doctors offices in medical buildings. Not hospitals but doctors offices. The worst by far.
@Scotational
@6ixbuzztv
Iโm not sympathetic just explaining whatโs going on. They tried to game the system and the system changed. Not real students.
@dissonanttwink
I just say things like โbecause I donโt feel like getting COVID todayโ or โI feel itโs a poor ROI to get COVID at a medical appointmentโ
@GuyTalksFinance
Omg you have so much growing up to do. Your posts scream to me you are a very emotionally immature man. Youโll learn. It just might be a hard road to get there. Or maybe youโll be asleep for the rest of your life and when your wife leaves you youโll have to go to therapy and try
@LifeAsWali
Iโm very sorry for your family but why was he was riding his bike on the QEW. Thatโs practically a highway and very dangerous. I donโt expect to see cyclists when driving on the QEW.
