I was told in 2020 that cancer will kill me. In the last 9 months I’ve ran marathons in London and Manchester, climbed the highest mountains in Wales, England and Scotland - and this weekend I’m off to Jersey for a 48 mile walk. Don’t give up. Don’t ever give up.

Four years ago this week I finally had to concede that my fatigue wasn’t going to be fixed by strong coffee. Months of tests, transfusions and scans - to discover cancer was the cause. I won’t get better, but I’m still here and still living life. Cancer won’t win.

I’m 4 years into what was a 5 year prognosis. While the cancer is still stable - treatment has got the better of me this last year or so. I’m not giving up though, and have fundraising challenges planned for my next treatment breaks. Watch this space. Never give up.
