Tempting fate? I am feeling great🙂perhaps I have turned the corner. I did get out. Came home with Greek yogurt. Kefir. Wholemeal bread. Dehydration sachets. Lactose free milk. Finding that I can eat. And I feel fine afterwards. The week ahead could be starting well.

Having an operation. Waiting for a bed. It could go reasonably well on the other as its a big problem I could even lose a testicle(s)😢It was more of a warning than a certainty. Ditto rare but sometimes a bowl can be damaged but I can't go on like this.

Morning...I don't feel well. The cough isn't too bad but I feel zapped of energy. Taken two Co-dydramol and a warm drink. I think I'll give the bingo a miss tonight. It will keep me safe and others there too. I have plenty of food. Stay safe. I hope you have a lovely Sunday.
