To be fair Southampton are the best team I’ve seen at Hillsborough in a long time. Outplayed in the first half by them. The performance in the second half was better. A draw would’ve been a good result, but probably not the fair one. Lots of positive signs though. #swfc 🦉

@refsupportuk Had the privilege of refereeing a cup final in 2019. It felt less of a privilege when I was paid 15 quid. Half of what I’d normally receive for the same game. Petrol money for the location would’ve been ten quid alone! Essentially £5 for a cup final. Should be much more!

The protests about climate change in Sheffield, were on a busy main road, and they caused more pollution by holding up the cars with their engines still revving, than it would’ve if they’d have just let people get on with their driving. Too many freaks not enough circuses.
