@ByJonGold You don’t need a crepe maker or Crepe Stick. Any skillet will do. Pour 1/4 cup batter in the lightly buttered middle and then pick the pan up and slowly swirl it around. 2 or 3 mins per side over medium heat should do!

Forget fitness fads. Ignore them all. Want to be healthy and happy? Walk. Walk some more. Walk about six or seven miles a day. It's easy. You don't need special clothes or shoes or a membership. That's an hour and a half on foot, seeing the world around you.

In the afterword of the 84 ed of Pirsig's Zen, he talks about his son's death and how he came to think of the energy that some call "spirit" as more of a "pattern." I like that word. I think Bey's pattern would be drawn to these books. I think I'll leave them splayed out a while.
