What is it suddenly with so many people against nature?? Predation among animals isn’t cruel, it’s natural. Carnivorous animals are not “evil.” Saying you want to eliminate predatory animals or manipulate their biology to fit your beliefs is selfish. Nature isn’t a Disney movie.

Seeing Jurassic Park really hits different now, especially the brachiosaurus scene. A sauropod was the first ever dinosaur I got to help work on in the field so now that scene makes me very emotional 😭

There’s a reason it’s necessary for humans to hunt deer when places lack a healthy predator to prey ratio. There’s a reason the BLM rounds up wild horses yearly to control their population. No predatory animals could lead to an ecological disaster. Stop trying to rewrite nature.

Also, most of the dinosaurs dug up by paleontologists died before the meteor impact? Not every dinosaur lived and died at the same time as one another. You can’t tell others to use critical thinking skills if you, yourself, choose not to.

T. rex is not a lizard, and birds ARE dinosaurs. Birds are actually the last living group of theropod dinosaurs, and first began to evolve from theropod dinosaurs in the Jurassic period. :)

@peta Well, I would not eat a T-Rex because it’s a lizard. Birds and lizards are not and never were ‘related.’ I eat birds, not lizards. So, no on the T-Rex and yes on the chicken.

This is absolutely insane. A group of tourists in Yellowstone was spotted exiting their cars and sprinting towards a mama bear and her two cubs. One of the tourists had a child in his arms.
