PARLIAMENT i.e Dewan Rakyat must sit immediately to determine who should be the Prime Minister. Its not the duty of the YDPA. Dewan Rakyat must establish the fact that the PM commands majority support via votes from Members of Parliament. YDPA should then appoint that MP as PM.
