@lezbezoo @Chosen_by_Dog In the end, a zoo doesn't have to prove it to others. They only have to prove it to themselves. That's what sets their morals For many zoos, it's the world telling them "that's not possible", when they know otherwise, first hand Contact-agnostic is not the same as anti-contact.

Interestingly: as people want to argue that animals can never consent; that would preclude them from this category, as the last line states this only applies to persons who are capable of consent. This paraphilic disorder is regarding a consentable individual not giving consent.

@lezbezoo @Chosen_by_Dog It's all well and good saying "we don't know", and I do think erring on the side of caution is the safest option, but you have to understand that the counter argument is "I *do* know, because when ABC, XYZ occurs". It's not conclusive- but it is still proof, in *their* situation.
