Comparison of steady sessions at what I believe are reasonable Z1/Z2 versus Z2/Z3 border power outputs on an indoor bike. No lactate measurements, but (calibrated) HR drift supports that the 205 and 225 W estimates are reasonable. I would use 180W for a pure Z1 session right
