people have shared a few stories about family members and WW2 . This is my lovely grandad who was at Dunkirk. He was the gentlest man but never discussed his time during the war. Sadly we lost him in the 1980s but he was one of my fave people I’ve ever loved.

If you ever visit Hull I would say this is such a lovely pub to visit. Built in 1660s and became a pub in the 1700s. It saved my sanity last night and on many other evenings.

If you’re doing couch to 5k I can recommend the NHS version rather than the original app simply because you can choose the voice in your ear. I’ve now got @SarahMillican75 in my lughole. She’s quite chirpy. I still wanted to die half way round but hey ho I’m still plodding
