+1000 As latina, I have encountered apps that require my full legal name but assume the given name and surname are singular words. The majority of us(latinx) have composite given names(two or more single names) and two surnames (dad’s and mom’s).

Software peeps. Friendly reminder to use diverse names in your test data. Stop with the “John Smith”s and “Jane Doe”s. I have an apostrophe in my real name, and I get so many emails that start with “Dear La”. Who knows what else is broken? Inclusive software is more robust! 👏
