@EvanMCaris @thechosenberg Working in a coffee shop, I think it’s because people assume that the ice is dirty or that they’re being cheated by the amount of ice being used. You can be paying full price for half a cup of coffee. I usually try to minimize that when I can so people get the most of of it.
