I share AI solutions we build for our clients at
@quimpleai
Guys I literally have 3 subs (a bot, my wife and my dog), I’m not here to sell you anything. When I get mega-popular, I will. Will sell the shit out of you, like any other guru does but not now.
Thus - pure knowledge
@desmondhth
How about building very niche AI tool for a specific industry (like local business, from dental clinics to plumbers) that will fix 1 specific problem.
And sell it for $197 - getting clients thorugh cold emails
@LuoBaishun
Yes as most of guys are saying it depends if you have a service, like me for business clients. I’d say cold emails. Get 5 domains, 15 email accounts and sub for 2 months for a software. Get $10 list from Fiverr for prospects and test
@johnrushx
I am only 25, so I can't really tell what was the point when people started to shill business and entrepreneurship that much
Do yo remember?
Like I know for fact that 9-5 is underrated, especially in the "online money making space"
9-5 - save - build business - fail - repeat
Sad to see new AI agent development tools coming up on the market every week.
The space is becoming more accessible.
Now it's easier than ever to build an agent in like 1 hour.
So you need to offer more complex solutions.
I guess this is a part of the game.
I swear to Jesus Lord...
I have just recorded THE best video on my YouTube channel.
1 hour 30 minutes.

Here is how I built a no-code AI SaaS that acts like a business agent that can answer questions and analyze documents.

Man... Honestly, I am not sure. It kinda feels surreal not gonna lie. 1k is a lot of people.
Thank you everyone 💕
I'll kiss you when we meet.
Please, don't quit your job.
I'm writing this because I see so many things on my feed and even in this community where people advise quitting the 9-5 to "chase your dream."
I can't work productively when I'm under pressure to pay my bills this month.
Am I the only one?
@tibo_maker
Good luck, but why you would you acquire typeframes and then doing a pivot to a new one? And not starting from 0? Since if they were on 1k, I don't think they had a big audience. Genuine question.
I run the best YouTube channel about building low-code AI agents and starting an AI agency in the world.
Period.
And YouTube hates me.
In 90 days I got 1.3k followers.
You might say: “Oh Eugene, that is great, keep it up”.
Fk off bro. It is not great.
I earned literally

I’ll send it to you.
@ThePeterMick
Was pretty interesting week.
Sent around 11k cold emails for my agency to Insurance companies, HVAC and Lawyers (A/B testing).
Got 200 replies. Around 15 positive. Book 4 sales calls.
3 of which next week. Sold 1 prototype for $450.
Presenting next week
I have just lost $25,000 😭
That could be the biggest deal for my AI agency.
We’ve been working on it for about 2 months now.
The goal was to fully automate multiple HVAC businesses for 1 company (from A to Z)
I am going to post a bigger thread on what happened.
I don’t understand, why when I ask a question on X, I get 70 views and 0 replies.
When some boy with 100 followers ask “random thing” he get 3k views.
But ok… HERE IS MG QUESTION.
I would really appreciate your opinions.
I posted 70+ videos on my YouTube.
Most of them get
Here is why you are broke 👇
I own an agency, run a YT channel, own 2 eComm brands on Amazon, and write a pretty decent newsletter on selling AI to businesses. I’m 25.
Aka. I’m a *super mega popular* AI YouTuber with 2k subs, giga chad…
I like to keep tabs on what people are
@NanouuSymeon
Sup, I build my AI agency, right now at 8-10k a month, we focus on old-school mid size local businesses.
Post videos almost every day on my YouTube
What the actual fk?
Emm…
So you are telling me that I lost a $25k client 3 hours ago and now YouTube removed my best performing video on my channel?
What an awesome day.
Thank you 🤡
Guys are you serious
@VoiceflowHQ
?
Bro…
@peterisaacscxd
When I watch your videos I feel stupid.
I thought I am advanced in VF 😂
I need to work with these extensions and start making some cool things.
GG
Here is the video for anyone curious:

I am 25. Been playing hockey and then building online projects and businesses for 7 years.
Now I have an AI agency, live in Israel. I've been married for 8 years now (yeah... I swear to god 😂)
And I do want to have kids.
But not now. And I am scared that I don't know when.
@mckaywrigley
Honestly for all the AI agents cases, you should simply use something like a Voiceflow or Flowise.
These are visual builders that allows you to cover 95% of use cases for businesses.
In my agency we rarely face tasks that require custom coding.
Much more efficient
I connected OpenAI Realtime APIs Voice Agent to
@VoiceflowHQ
knowledge base.
It’s pretty sharp. Just a demo obviously, still need to connect 11Labs.
So essentially it is Realtime APIs on the frontend and Voiceflow on the backend.
Here:
My COMPLETE cold outreach tutorial on how to build an AI Cold Email Funnel step-by-step.
I've been running this setup for more than 1 year now to get clients for my AI agency -
I will show you all the tools and software.
Lets start ↓
How to make money with AI agency?
You do not necessarily need to have a lot of experience nor have case studies.
You can start small, charging small amounts and getting testimonials.
Here is the walkthrough 👇
Building an AI Agent for Wholesale Business.
This agent will handle user inquiries, verify user emails, and provide tailored responses.
We'll also use Voiceflow Tag APIs for advanced knowledgebase build.

@NanouuSymeon
You know what I did, I copied the image, extracted text from it and paste it as additional guidelines for my Claude assistant that help to write code for client AI projects
I have built a fully custom CRM on Airtable for my own agency instead of using HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Some features:
- Gmail sync with all clients and prospects.
- Launch and task management.
- Database to store documents.
- Pipeline.
Is it worth to "package" and sell it?
It's not hard to build things, comparing to how difficult it is to sell them.
Like I have an AI agency, obv I build cool things, but they are not that hard to do.
The hard part is to find businesses to sell to.
@tadpark0
Well... Don't really agree to this. I mean, who I am to talk about him, but I don't give a fk. He is for the most part a really, like really good marketer and entrepreneur, but Da Vinci was the inventor. Of course you see Elon as a face of some inovations, but for the most part,
NO ONE fking cares about your project and about you. Not your guru, not your "friend" on X, not your coach or a "mentor" with a million followers.
Just you, your family and maybe a friend.
So bro, just ship your project asap.
If it goes well, awesome. No, go work 9-5 and be ok
I need help
@beehiiv
You blocked me by mistake!
I run a campaign right now and people can’t sign up. They are asking. And I am loosing money.
I can’t wait 48 hours. Need urgent help.
Here is my case: 91701

Again, ITS FRIDAY, I can’t
I'm the opposite of patient.
Like zero patience at all.
I know it’s a problem.
If I stick with my AI agency, YouTube, and content for 3 years, I'd be way ahead.
But I want everything literally RIGHT NOW.
It’s frustrating, but that’s just how I feel.
I need help

Well, cold outreach does work.
Not sure about dms, I run cold emails for my agency.
The problem with organic content is that it takes SO long to get it working, it's better to save up some money and just invest in proper cold outreach
I will be honest...
I get depressed when I see others succeed. I always compare myself.
I know it's bad. I know that.
Then of course I realize what I have and I become grateful.
But still, for some reason I can't be permanently grateful.
Hope I'll fix it at some point.
Here is how you build an AI Voice Agent which is trained on 1000s of FAQs.
In this practical, we will be building a Voice AI agent using
@Vapi_AI
for the frontend and
@VoiceflowHQ
on the backend for knowledgebase.
Will connect everything using

Bro, just try to find a 9-5 that you like.
Pay the bills, feed your family.
Then focus on building 1 really solid project that you like and ship it.
If it doesn't work...
Ok, quit. Start another one.
You always have money from the job - you're good.
Most performing video on my channel in the first 24 hours yet.

Call me “Mr. AI Influencer” from now on
2 months of posting tutorials, guides, thoughts every day on how I build my AI agency.
YouTube - 400 subs.
X - 270 subs.
Newsletter - 140 subs.
Well, I don't know. From one side I am happy. From another, compare myself to dudes who got 1k followers in 1 month... And become sad.
@kanekallaway
How can we make sure that it is a real Zuck at this pint guys?
@finkd
prove that it was you and not an AI generated machine looking to destroy the humanity
THIS is the best cold email I have received 😂
Buddy made a custom thumbnail and a video on why my videos suck.
He used a template, where he at first show a part of my video on YouTube and then put his voiceover saying that I don't have "brand".
REALLY GOOD approach.
Selling AI...
I feel like it is such a general term.
Like when you build a SAAS app based on ChatGPT APIs, you can say that you sell ai.
When you build chatbots you can say that you sell ai.
When you build Make automations you can say that you sell ai.
So be specific.
I am at 8-10k$ with my AI agency.
Goal is $20k
Sending 2-3k cold emails per day. So I know that I am hitting a sealing already.
Started to post content about making money with AI and building things.
Plan is to get more clients thought organic like YouTube and X
@ThePeterMick
Finalizing a client automation on Make.
Closed him this week.
Essentially it's a researcher that visit websites, find "SDS" labels for products, download and analyze them.
All connected to Airtable.
My dream is to build 1 company.
With 1 product.
That will make $20k/month.
Every month. For the rest of my life.
I already at $15k with my agency.
But I don't consider it a "stable" income.
When I was starting out in the "digital world" 7 years ago...
When I quit pro hockey...
I was promised to be free.
To have passive income.
To enjoy life.
But now the only 2 things I have are:
Brain damage + Mental illness
THANK YOU!
Listen to your parents kids, find 9-5
No coding for the rest of my life.
Most of the ai things I build for clients are low code. I use visual platforms like Voiceflow to build a customer flow.
And in most cases it only requires some JS knowledge to connect to external apps.
Holy fking shit
I mentioned that I lost money due to gambling addiction and got literally like 20 bots spamming my comments.
I didn’t know that it was the thing.
Are they tracking keywords or something like that?
@buildinpublic
I’ve started to share tutorials and my AI agency builds that we do for clients on YouTube and X.
Got 500 subs in about 2 weeks.
The biggest benefit is that some automation softwares and apps started to reach out and offer free trials for like 6 months 😂
