@asdrawingaf "Poor vision", ie. myopia isn't (primarily) a nutrient problem. You can't just stuff your face to lazily fix your vision. Everybody is always hoping for some pill to pop and put in no effort. Your vision is actually bad because you're addicted to screens. Tough truth.

Don't want your eyesight to get worse? Easy fix, computer glasses. Never ever wear glasses made for distance vision, while you look up-close, at screens. Go 1.5 diopters lower, for "computer glasses". Far less eye strain.
