Under 20 lbs to go to complete Phase 2. Losing weight has been much harder than the first phase. Weighed in today at 319.6. Down 72.2 lbs since May 13th (106 days ago). Still have a long way to go but happy with the process.

Seeing results on the scale down 40 lbs since May 13 is great but this pic is the most progress I have felt. Bought this shirt over 2 years ago. It has never fit me. It still doesn’t fit as well as I’d like but it’s at least wearable and motivates me to keep going.

A year ago at this time I decided to get healthier. From November to June I went from 351 to 293. After changing jobs, moving across the country in September and making excuses, I’ve gotten back up to 335. Healthy time starts again today. This post is to keep me accountable
