Tulip Garden, CSIR-IHBT, Palampur is open for public from 25th February 2023. This is the first Tulip Garden of Himachal Pradesh and has become a major tourist destination. Within 13 days of its opening this year, more than 45,000 people have visited the garden. Kudos @Bhavya100

Kewa Datshi is a Bhutanese delicacy with thin potato slices cooked in thick cheesy gravy. The cheese makes the dish creamy and rich while the chillies lend an exclusive aroma and flavour. Tried it for #SundayLunch and served with plain rice.

With the winters coming to an end, it is time to repot the bonsais. The one on the left is a 5 year old azadirachta and the one on the left is a recent ficus sapling and an attempt to grow it on a rock (technique called Ishisuki in Japanese). #bonsai #gardening @drnidhijindal
