Surgeons living with #HIV can work safely. @PHE_UK guidance on healthcare workers and HIV clearly states this. #ItsASin showed us the results of HIV stigma. We're disappointed to see @DrHilaryJones perpetuate it on @GMB . Let's stay educated so #HIV never stands in the way.

AMAZING results for lenacapavir PrEP! I've long called to save LEN for prevention (& salvage) to offer an option with no impact on future ART choice. The downsides of moderate CYP3A4 inhibition & nodules in some management but pris far outweigh cons?
