The massive hauls that the Jazz got for Rudy and Don shows that they are viewed as franchise cornerstones. In this exact moment in time I’m pissed off at BOTH of them for not figuring it out. Massive missed opportunity for them and the Jazz.
Yesterdays Jazz win feels like a hookup with a complicated ex. Feels good. Hopeful that it could be different this time, could be the start of something special. Maybe we’ve learned/grown. However Can’t escape in my soul that it still feels like mistake and won’t turn out well
I owe Ryan Smith an apology today. I was very angry and upset to start the season when I was unable to watch the Jazz in Idaho. I now see that was truly a blessing. Thank you Ryan. Let’s try again next year!
If you are choosing to debate Rudy v Don today, I hope the Easter goblin comes to your house tonight, steals all of you/your childrens easter baskets and leaves a giant bowel movement on your kitchen table
#TakeNote
Drive thrus should have a shot clock, if you can’t figure your order out and get I completed in 35 seconds, head to the back of the line and try again. It’s McDonald for Christs sake, it’s been open for 100 years. Get your shit together
Not that anyone asked, but it really is wild to see the growth of Utah football. Really wasn’t that long ago that a win over Baylor/UCLA would have been a huge test/biggest game for them. Now they just expect to win, and do it without the luxury of the forward pass on offense
My recap
1. Don can still dunk (and he’s playing elite)
2. Rudy/Hassan don’t miss shots and just get double doubles
3. This road trip was big boy shit
4. The wizards are a cute little team
Anything else you read is bullshit
I know this is Jazz twitter, and you all are the smartest basketball minds in the world, but can we agree to take a break today? No Jazz takes good or bad. Just talk about your dogs, or send some classy nudes. I’ll even take rivalry twitter
Jaden McDaniels is the 2nd youngest player in NBA history to have back to back elimination games with:
20+ PTS
3+ STL & BLK
Only Michael Jordan did it at a younger age.
The Jazz are playing incredibly entertaining basketball. Best story of the NBA thus far. Yet 90% of what I see is Don, Rudy and Timberwoof focused. How long does this last? Will it be out of Y’all’s system after this year? 2 years? Never??
Was hoping it was going to be a surprise, but looks like the cats out of the bag. I’m getting back into the classroom as a teacher. So thrilled to be working at Westminster this spring.
I mean this as a sincere compliment, Utah State basketball fans, ya’ll are head and shoulders above when it comes to shit talking on this app. You guys have a beef with EVERY fanbase/program. Kudos to you
Has the LDS church loosened their stance on gambling? Or was my childhood just much more strict than I thought? Gambling was up there with booze and cigarettes in my house as a kid
For the “be happy with a split” crowd. Losing with no Luka is a major miss. This is one of the “breaks” you have to take advantage of in the playoffs. This is a massive missed opportunity. To frame it simply as a split is wildly inaccurate
Perhaps one day the NBA will worry as much about players beating the shit out of women as they do about figuring out my exact location in trying to consume their product
I didn’t know enough about the new guys to be surprised by them. What has stood out to me is the way JC and Conley have been. Two dudes doing what appears to be so much more than a year ago.
