Been constantly seeing dislike for Spider-Man 2 and i don’t really understand it It’s not perfect, but it’s a ton of fun. Feel like it’s held to an unfair standard even with it being SPIDER-MAN. Adaptations are known to try new ideas and venom was one of them, i enjoyed it.

Literally all of these are subjective How is silver webbing ugly? How do the lenses “look worse”? If anything they’re just thinner, but they still have a pointed shape. I’d say the logos look similar enough, but if they look different so what? They do on the original.

Never liked how often the 60s comics would include walls of text to explain something we can easily infer based on the visuals alone. Compare this to the action in One Piece, that doesn’t over explain what’s happening and lets the visuals speak for themselves.
