Reminder that Himalayan pink salt is NOT ‘better’ or more healthy than normal table salt. 🧂❌ The trace minerals in pink salt are in such useless quantities it makes no difference. Consume up to 1 teaspoon of whichever salt you enjoy the taste of. 🙏🏼

It appears some people aren’t aware that TYPE 1 diabetes CANNOT be ‘cured’ or reversed. It’s an auto-immune disease that attacks your pancreatic beta cells = reduction in insulin. 👍🏼 TYPE 2 on the other hand can be managed / reversed with dietary and lifestyle change. 🥦

Worried about gaining weight this Christmas? 🎄 Live a little and stop worrying about holiday weight gain. Most of it won’t even be fat. It’ll be water weight 💧 Poo 💩 digested food 🥘 and glycogen 🔥. It takes ≈7000kcals above maintenance to gain 1lb of fat.

This is horrendous logic. The fact that the label only says “blueberries” doesn’t take away the fact that the food STILL contains ‘hard to pronounce’ and ‘scary’ sounding ingredients. 🤦🏽‍♂️ The point is: just because an ingredient sounds scary - doesn’t make it harmful.
