2018 - 63kg (excessive fats🥴) 2019 - 51kg (low bodyfat% but weak😓) 2020 - 54kg (started incorporate strength training & eat in surplus) 2021 - 58kg (decent fat & muscle mass - happiest😍) Its a longggg journey. Cant wait to see what 2022 offers me! 🥰

I used to run everyday, with zero to minimum strength training. I lose fats and muscle mass, and i feel like shit. And now, i no longer run - brisk walk daily + 3/4 times a week of resistance training. My body shape and life improves way better!

2018 - overweight (63kg), unhealthy, addicted to sugar & alcohol 2019 - daily cardio, strict diet, i lose 12kg but im still not happy, i ditch carbs & avoid my fav food 2020 - prioritising strength training, eat more, move more, im back with my fav food & loving the 5kg gains🥰

Jangan tertipu dengan diet/workout tips untuk dapat kan berat badan 40kg+. Ingat ya. The idea is to be healthy. Not to be skinny. Skinny =/= healthy. We can change this mindset, girls! 💪🏼 So dont stress out yourself to reach that 40kg+ bodyweight 🤗❤️

Alhamdulillah. Biggest achievement unlock. Just done with my first G7 hike yesterday 🤩 Conquering the mossy forest of Mt Yong Belar, the 3rd highest mountain in peninsular Malaysia. 1/7 ✅ In: 3.30am Out: 7.30pm 📍Gunung Yong Belar + Pelaur Waterfall, Cameron Highlands

Kalau i workout tak pakai mat, tak guna any equipment, tu maksudnya i malas. 15 mins night sweat. Workout deets; SS1: squats (15x) x reverse lunges (20x) SS2: kick back (20x/each) x high knees (30x) Repeat 3 sets for each superset. Finisher: burpees (2 mins)

I lift weights 4x a week. I eat 2,000 cals a day. I walk 10,000 steps daily. I drink 2-3 litres of plain water every single day. I am not bulky & i just love how i look. I wish i start it sooner. I am stronger and healthier than i was before. 💪🏼

Bought a new watch for me. Been using iWatch for years. I love them but its battery performance is sucks. Especially if you wanna go for long hike. 4 jam je dah habis battery 😒

I dah 2 tahun angkat dumbbell lebih 10kg pun tak sado sado lagi lengannya 😂 Anyway, bila kita angkat berat, cukup makan, badan kita akan build muscle. Strength kita pun improve. And our body posture too! So, dont be afraid to lift weights ladies! 🥰 You’ll never get bulky. 😉

Today i dah start workout tanpa minum air. Nak bg biasa time puasa nanti. This is how i train during fasting month; After subuh: 45 mins walk (pace 13/14) 1.5 hrs before iftar: 30 mins bodyweight/light weight strength workout (4x a week) + 45 mins walk (same pace)

Baik kita penat jaga makan, penat exercise, penat strive to be better for ourselves. Dari penat keluar masuk hospital, penat jadi lemah, penat takda tenaga, penat terlebih lemak dalam badan, penat rasa insecure tgk diri sendiri, takda confidence. #TalkToMyself 😊

Kalau ada kawan bagitau dia tak makan nasi, buah, gula, itu ini then dia boleh lose 20kg, jangan la ikut. Itu badan dia. Bukan badak awak. Badan awak dengan badan dia tak sama. Dia lose 20kg pun belum tentu lose fats. Mungkin lose water and muscle mass. Jangan buat pandai. 🤗

Tips for beginner: Always start slow and small. Build up your habit first. Theres nothing to rush. First few weeks; normal walk 15 mins at least (to build habit) Next few weeks: brisk walk 20-30 mins Then go for 40-45 mins, and make it into two sessions. AM & PM walks.

overhydrated pun bahaya juga ye. jangan minum air melebih lebih. Mcm mana cara nak tahu you overhydrated? Always monitor your air kencing. Kalau dah putih clear tu, slow down ur water intake. Tu maksudnya dah overhydrated.

Nothing fancy about today’s workout except the jump rope with visible rope. Thanks to @myrarosleenn for the idea 😂 7 bodyweight workout. 30 secs each with minimal rest in between. Repeat 4 sets. Happy sweating 💦

Kalau cut sugar terus, tapi not in calorie deficit, still takkan lose weight. Kalau makan healthy food sahaja pun, but not in calorie deficit, pun takkan lose weight. Calorie deficit = eat less.
