Most annoying thing in 2018 was the games developer that required a 10 page 'mock' design document as a 'test' for my interview (senior/lead role). This is a huge piece of work, but I did it anyway. The company then cancelled the interview. 🤷‍♀️ Don't do this, devs!

Games coders, can you remember any workarounds you did because you didn't yet know the correct syntax? When I started using Unity I didn't know how to do '!=' as 'does not equal'. I would put a comment in the if statement and put the code under 'else'. Good enough!

@willgoldstone @AlanZucconi Personally I wish Unity would start removing poorly implemented features and spend a while focusing on UX. Simple things like the Package Manager and render pipelines are a mess. Why is there no shaded wireframe view in URP? Why does the console so often blurt internal errors?
