have you guys ever ordered a diet/zero drink and then it just tastes,,, off,, like too sweet maybe,, and you panic and just throw the whole drink out because you don’t wanna risk it 🙃
we don’t consider obesity enough of a disease in the same way people view other eating disorders

I wanna post some tips for going out that I’ve used from mostly being chronically ill, but I feel it’s also important and good to use with ed’s since it causes some similar symptoms when ur deep in yk ;;;;;
I think no one mentions zero/diet juice enough !!!! Frozen berries + diet juice of your choice ( I love cran ) and you get a lowcal amazing smoothie goodness that tastes divine and fills you
🥚 THESE !!! I LOVE. I love these in the morning with a lil bit of peanut butter and some fruit inside, they’re amazing imo and my favourite for breakfast and always ready to eat

🍝 I’ve tried sooo many low cal noodles and these are my personal favourite now to have with curry or a vegan sauce (20 cal for the whole bag full)
🥣 🍅 chicken noodle would prob be better calorie wise but tomato feels more filling and I just personally enjoy it a lot more esp since it’s getting colder out now :^)
🥦 I looove these since I crave buffalo chicken wings so much, buying it premade is however more cal than if you make it yourself(I can make a tutorial for this !!) I simply can not get up frequently to prepare things
