@andruyeung Overrated: Nolita. So many people 24/7 and so little space you cannot even breath. Feels like TimesSq smt. Underrated: Dumbo. Right next to the water, fairly new spacious buildings, great views, easy commute to manhattan, cleaned.

If you need a use case for crypto: My parents live in Ukraine in a russian-occupied territory. No access to traditional banking. Ukrainian banks left, russian banks never entered. No way to withdraw money. No way to send money. They use both currencies! It’s a mess.

Quality > Quantity. The amount of courses available out there on solidity/blockchain dev is endless 🐇🕳️ But I think sticking and finishing 1 course fully and starting building gives better outcomes than spreading attention.

Code examples are independently working code snippets. Basically for everything you say in your doc - add a code example. Don’t exaggerate but better more examples than less. More interactive your docs - better.
