Well here’s an unpopular beginner/Entry level UI/IX Design opinion I’ve found extremely helpful imo:
I’ve observed that most entry level designers, almost always too early in their career take on Ux research & case studies, without a sufficient understanding of;
1. the software

Lol unpopular but,
Being friends with people just bc you just like them is actually still transactional btw🙃
Idt There’s ever been a time where human relationship hasn’t been transactional, lol.
Friends with them because you
“just enjoy their company or the way they make you
What’s this current obsession about designing everything from scratch?
Overly obsessing about designing every single element in your Ui project from scratch all by yourself isn’t such a wise thing to do, especially as a newbie.
Please, Outsource if you can, collaborate and
@shugarDadddy
@lateef_dimeji
Nobody actually creates/designs anything from scratch,
It’s all just reinventing and re-imagination.
The most “creative” people either have the best retention, or consciously reference.
Referencing is the superpower behind creativity, either consciously or subconsciously.
Hey designers,
if you follow me on here,
you probably already know I can’t seem to keep my mouth shut about Rive.
You probably may not understand why,
Let me explain,
The video you see below shows a section of a website that has animated cards,
I know you’re probably already
Ui Cards, Bento style,
ready to ship.🚀

Love that we all unanimously agree how incredibly hilarious the comments are as the subject matter’s a man.
But it very quickly becomes body-shaming if it’s a woman.
No hard feelings just pointing out the obvious.🙂

Hello design Twitter,
It’s me again👋
On today’s episode of disturbing you (respectfully🥹) here’s a landing page for a fictional Audit firm I came up with.
What are your honest thoughts?
(Couldn’t find a desktop mock-up I liked so i made these instead.🙃)
Here’s an asset from v1 of the

This was one of my favorite assets that I worked on, but
We eventually decided to ditch this idea because it didn’t fit with the intended context.

I’m under no qualifications a Senior Designer,
just a guy documenting his experience, with hopes it helps at least one struggling person out there.

If you use a Mac you can,
Download and install Arc, So you:
A. Have a folder in your browser called “Inspiration” where you add every website you find inspiring.
B. If ever you have just a little segment of a website that’s inspiring,
Arc let’s you take section/subject
Or learn Rive🙃
If you’re not interested in dabbling with code, Just learn

No mock-ups, No Prototypes..
Just Actual Real stuff straight off the designers desk.
Ready-to-ship graphics.
My Opinion
Instead of learning advanced prototyping in Figma and Protopie, learn React Native or React.
Don't spend so much energy making something look real when you can actually make it to be real
two very important lessons i learned last week:
- never charging hourly ever again - cause it’s absolutely stupid to get paid less for being super fast & efficient. 🤷🏾♂️
- even if it’s paid, never doing demos for a gig or job. lol, my portfolio is more than solid enough proof I

I don’t think this necessarily makes them bad people though.
It’s human nature, I think.
People love to jump on a moving train.
Objectively thinking I’d rather take a different view point and ask myself why?
Damn, how do 45k people agree to this?
Y’all never been romantically loved rightly before?
You mean y’all never had someone with whom you closely shared a bond so deep, like a tree intertwined from the roots deep in the earth,
Like captured sunset, someone whose presence

Oh yes I absolutely agree!
Infact I forgot to also add I don’t agree with what the lady in the initial video said,
I just wanted to share my pov about the whole transactional & value thing

1. Jockey like crazy
2. Set Instructions - “Pressure on heavy touch”
3. Set LB & RB defenders to “stay back while attacking”
4. When you lose possession:
Down + Left directional Btn = “Team press”
Then jockey the next possible player ur opponent might aim for.

maybe I should just get someone to handle all my social media and content stuff, while I just focus on the actual work. Maybe it’s a better idea.
really been debating this.
