Habbo has a huge problem, which is killing any momentum that the dev team are creating. Customer service. It’s Blizzard levels of bad. Their hired experts don’t even know the game they’re supposedly moderating. 2-5 day response time. Zero help for long term players.

Hobbas brought a unique aspect of informal enforcement to the server that hasn't been replicated since their departure. The Habbo eX program, although attempted, fell short in its execution, resembling hall monitors rather than true guardians. (Plus, Hobba badges *chefs kiss*)

Getting in touch with someone at #Habbo for support is literally impossible. You have an insane amount of “safety” banned accounts that can no longer be accessed. Why? Because Habbo sends automated responses. If it’s been six months since your safety ban then you’re stuck.

@ControllableHab Habbo has some how normalised terrible moderation and communication. If you get banned, you shouldn’t have to email them and ask why. They should be emailing you telling you exactly what you did wrong & how to appeal. That’s a good process.
