On a public platform it makes it where other ethnicities looks down on Native Women and make it acceptable to treat us poorly. It's harmful for our image.
I'll always remember a HS teacher who complained about having to pay for his sons collehe tuition. Then complaining that Navajos get to have so much scholarships, financial aid and what not to help them pay for school. It always always puzzled me.
