@DiedSuddenly_ As a carnivore, I fast from about 6pm until 12, sometimes as late as 2pm daily. I eat when I'm hungry which is not often. 😅 This way of eating is awesome. Sometimes I'm not hungry all day and fast for 24 hours. I crave nothing and no need to snack.
