Raycast is blowing my mind. It's the 20% of macOS I didn't realize was missing. It's everything I wanted Alfred to be. It's clearly made by people obsessed with nailing the details. It's been 2 days and I can't remember how I used my computer before it.
@FedericoNoemie
YES. I feel like directions could actually work great as a voice conversation with a knowledgeable concierge. "I just missed the bus but it's nice out, where should I walk for the most scenic route? tell me fun history facts about the area as I walk"
Brave has completely changed my mind on ads. I thought I'd never put up with them again, but it's totally different when they respect you (and even reward you for your attention!)
Thanks
@BrendanEich
and the whole
@Brave
team for changing the game.
Now to go tip some creators!
friday was my last day at
@uniswap
🦄
I learned a ton over the last 2 years and made some lifelong friends. it's hard to leave such an awesome team at such an exciting time
but I'm thrilled to share that I'll be starting my next chapter soon at

@jaytholen
this reminds me of someone I used to know who would google "lorem ipsum" and paste the google snippet into the designs
so their placeholder content was always "Lorem ipsum, or lipsum as it is sometimes known, is dummy text used in laying out print, graphic or web designs..."
how much do you pay for unlimited data?
do you like your phone company?
helium mobile gives you T-Mobile coverage AT WORST, costs $20/mo for unlimited data talk and text, and PAYS YOU TO USE IT
no brainer imo
I've rewritten my article about Google! I think this version is more compelling, and it now touches a little bit on where I see things going, and how revolutionary
@Brave
's model is.
Thank you
@Medium
for featuring it!
7/ So why a limited early release from a team committed to access for anyone? Simply put, Apple won’t green-light our launch, & we don’t know why.
We submitted our mobile app months ago—and even though we are 100% compliant with their specifications, we’re still stuck in limbo🤡
@Jicecream
in terms of examples I expect that the next few years will see a nonstop torrent of newly minted prolific indie creators conducting orchestras of agents

@timsoret
they also don't seem to understand that this is already possible with open source models and will get easier and cheaper to access as open source models get better and better and lag less and less behind the closed ones
they would have banned the printing press if they could

configuring anything in Alfred felt like installing a printer driver
everything in Raycast is where it should be and feels obvious and natural
UX matters way more than capabilities here (maybe everywhere?) because a feature doesn't matter if a user never uses it
grimoire is insane. it's genuinely shocking how quickly you can turn an idea into a real working product with this thing

Would you mine HNT
Or just let it slip?

We just surpassed 250,000 Offload Subscribers from major US carriers in our beta phase, with only 25 hotspots!
📶 This number will continue to grow as we allow more hotspots into the program.
This is just the beginning.
excited to announce a personal rebrand and change my profile picture for the first time in like 5 years

@stuartbates
this, plus even if you only look at the chart with that lens (which is silly imo because this hockey stick is just one lagging measurement of how much SpaceX has altered the course of humanity), it's /still/ remarkable that with a difference of 1 human, it wouldn't have happened
