RIP Billy Packer. More than just a Final Four fixture from 1975-2008, Packer was a huge part of the ACC's package on Jefferson-Pilot (later Raycom) in the 70's and 80's, setting a record in 1983 when all eight conference school's fan bases thought he hated their team.
