I implore everyone to check out Scavengers Reign on Netflix. It’s an engrossing story of survival on the most inventive, beautiful and terrifying depiction of an alien planet I’ve seen in any media. I’ve never seen anything quite like it.

I just had my ADHD formally diagnosed. It’s such a relief to have confirmation and an explanation for how I’ve been feeling for so many years. I start medication in a few weeks time to get myself back on track. Onward! 💪

I’m going back to counselling tomorrow. Lately, life itself feels like too much effort and I always feel like a detestable, worthless person I’m not after sympathy, but if you’re ever suffering, please speak with someone. It’s not a weak thing to do, it’s 100% the opposite 👍
