Just joined the @itstartsmonday movement. Really keen to get a grip of my own body and start to look after myself. I’ve said it loads of times and never stuck to any diet or exercise plan. I’m in horrific condition and there is no reason for it other than being content and lazy.

Days like yesterday are what non league football is all about. Minus the wind spoiling what could have been a good game. Game of footy, loads of ale and all of the lads, club officials, fans, sponsors and families having a fantastic night. Well done to all @BurscoughFC1946 💚

Pointless looking at RESULTS pre season. It’s always nice to win, granted but as long as your prepared and you have learned by your mistake by the 03/08/2019 you’ve had a good one! Nothing’s won or lost in July. Take from the games what you need to and move onto the next one ⚽️
