Rugby League moans about video ref usage on both sides of the globe. Matt Cecchin was ballsy enough to make his own call on the field, but then criticised for not using the video ref, despite making the right decision. Now labelled racist. I'm baffled..

On Wednesday, I found out I am one of 450 Reach PLC roles at risk of redundancy from Jan 15. Sadly, this would mean the end of HDM’s coverage of Hull FC and Hull KR. Obviously, I’m gutted, but for now, it’s business as usual. Thanks for all the messages. I really appreciate it.

FT - Hull 56 Rovers 12 Wow - that was outstanding. Nine tries for a Derby record of 56 points. Also widest margin. And an individual haul of 20 for Marc Sneyd. Rovers were dire, but some of that attack was ridiculous. Great to see Tuli get a class reception at the end too
