Absolutely! Patient advocates have been involved as core planning committee members of CSO from the beginning. Four of the authors in our Lancet Oncology piece are patient advocates. We want to partner with more patient advocates and advocacy organizations, moving forward.

You would think they would mention that overall survival was worse for the ixazomib arm in this new subset analysis just published. An omission that shouldn't have passed peer review. P.S: Please don't use ixazomib. Not equivalent to other PIs. #mmsm

In the #GI discussion at #ASCO23 , the speaker mentions the reason for using 3y RFS rates as primary endpoint was its strong surrogacy with 5y OS rates. It’s good to have such strong rationale and discussion of surrogacy. Other trials should also provide such justification.
