On Oct 31, 2021, at the opening of #COP26 🌏in Glasgow, #smallislandstates Antigua and Barbuda & Tuvalu concluded a historic Agreement establishing the Commission of Small Island States on #Climate Change & International Law. Palau was the first to join the initiative on Nov 4.
