“Don’t grab his papers, you can barely read let alone interpret graphs and bar charts. You thought Venn Diagram was the frontman for Rammstein”
This is us. Don’t get drawn into petty debates with opinions that try to detract from our achievement. We don’t need their acknowledgment of what a truly momentous journey this has been. All Notts Aren’t We 🖤🤍
Refuse to feel sad for us tonight. Yeovil’s downward trajectory a stark warning of what could’ve happened to us. We’ve still got a club and a squad I’m immensely proud to watch (and I’ve not always said that)
I don’t think it can be overstated the positive impact these owners have made. It’s worth going back to their first interview and how loyal they’ve been to their plans. Can’t be said for many owners in the football pyramid.
I’m sure we can all agree on one thing. Whenever and however this club becomes successful, we are all going to deserve every minute of it. It’s been a tough journey for us all.

Wrexham. Build a predominantly Welsh squad. Invest in academy. US/Canadian imports later in save - would love an affiliate side 🏴 🇺🇸 🇨🇦
Great read by

about McGregor and Grealish’s loan pairing at Notts. Proud we played a role in both. A few loans of similar quality might get us in the league again….
Been on a journey to investigate Prostate Cancer since last October. In hospital from 7:30am tomorrow, so make sure you give Notts a shout for me! Not posting for sympathy, just want to raise awareness for anyone with concerns to get checked. Visit

Understand the frustration at Notts coverage. But an opportunity for the great, independent content creators to prove their worth once again. Big love to every

My lad’s 7th b’day party yesterday. Proudly sported his Notts GK top in sea of Prem and Champs League kits. And some red ones. Coach asked who their favourite players were? Votes for Neymar, CR, Messi. One loan voice for Jon Stead. I hope Notts become a club that deserves him.
It’s hard to sound sincere about how good this man is with so much said about him already.
When you think about how many strikers have come to Meadow Lane with bigger reputations and left shadows of their former selves, it only adds to respect he deserves 🫡
We all want to see a change in results. But the clamour for such a dramatic change in either personnel or playing style not only shows how shallow the playing fundamentals are with some of us, but also an unwillingness to remember our past mistakes.
Can’t put into words my hopes for a better future with Danish owners. Data-driven approach to fix our horrendous recruitment issues 🤞🏻
BUT we need to remember how close we came. And how it was fans who dug deep to pay staff and Haydn Green estate who put the pressure on ⚫️⚪️
We lost Wootton and Roberts this time last year and replaced quality with quality. Randall and McGoldrick’s arrival already a proactive step in response to Rubén’s expected departure. Excited by who else will arrive.
But tonight, I drink to Ruben 🍷 🇵🇹
There’s a marked difference in vocabulary here when talking to the players: “Destroy” “produce” “intensity”.
I know it’s only a small detail, but a significant one for me. Small margins.
Whenever IB goes, and I’m certainly not calling for it, don’t be expecting some huge shift in the model. Head Coach, style of play and method of recruitment will all be retained as part of owners model.
My 2p is that, while other NL clubs have spent money on one proven goalscorer, we’ve distributed the attacking threat across a number of players and positions (while already having a solid goalscorer in Wootton).
Just reflecting on how well this man has done. Never easy to develop a side already doing fairly well. Hasn’t overseen huge squad investment, but tweaked the positions and responsibilities of certain players to get more out of them. Including two of the goalscorers yesterday ⚽️
Whatever the cost, it’s worth having this mindset firmly established in the changing room for another two years and setting the tone for any new faces.
Every minute. Every game.
Gary Liddle played all 3,780 minutes (plus stoppage time) of our title-winning league season, aged 36.
The Rolls-Royce of defenders.

There will deservedly be plenty of plaudits for a fair few players today, but Bajrami’s ability to disrupt their midfield makes him my MOM - capped by a deserved goal 🏆
Just attack today, Notts. The longer we look like a side still ‘gelling’ and playing within itself, the more confidence teams will have. Especially at set pieces etc. Press teams back. Bombard them with crosses. No-one cares about pretty football - just get the result.
We were at full capacity for my wedding in 2011, so couldn’t invite everyone I wanted to attend the church service. So Kirk stopped off before it started and shook my hand, before driving off to make Sunday morning kick off. That was him. RIP Kirk
Got everything crossed for today. Obviously not happy about how things are, but can’t help feel sympathy for someone who has grafted his way into full time management and given up his previous way of life to see it play out the way it has. But today’s result is future-defining.
Thanks to Colin for the incredible gesture to let us use the box today.
We have one incredibly happy George today! What a touch by the club on the entrance to the box too!

Nemane a huge miss for me. His combination with Crowley was telepathic at times. That said, getting a fee for him with only one year left on his deal AND another player with potential on three-year deal is good work. Timing could’ve been better. Worried Palmer is struggling 😬
Forgive me for stating the obvious, but think this Notts appointment is more complex than those we’ve made for some time. Understand the need to replicate a similar style, but finding someone with the soft skills of Williams will be tough. Inherits squad with experienced pros….
What a huge departure for the club. Played an incredible role since arriving and will be missed. The turnaround at Wembley - both Bostock’s free kick and Mair’s saves - were orchestrated by him and acknowledged by both players.
Eldest has done the best thing I’ve seen him do on a pitch. Not a dramatic save or anything like that. Took the time to check on the opposition keeper (who was upset and had to be subbed) at the final whistle. Might never be a pro, but hopeful he’ll be a good person.

How they don’t have a statue or something overlooking the three grounds, I don’t know.
“We should take pride in the part we’ve all played in giving Macaulay the platform to step out of non-league and move into the second tier – a trajectory that only reflects well on us as a club.
