@OneVibeRadio They need someone w a track back ground, sprinting to be specific. I dont wanna see somebody out here fast jogging w elbows locked at 90degrees. Put her thru real training for this, both acting and physical training.

As director, Its my job to make sure the entire program sees improvements on all fronts. Me and my staff have done just that. We fought for second this year after years of fighting for 4th or 5th. Finished 10pts out of second. Better believe we are coming even stronger next year.

Had a young lady have the meet of her life. Went from 26.0 to 25.09 and 59.9 to 58.5 and anchored our school record 4x400 to 3:58. She didnt medal so my hurdler gave her the silver she won in the 100h. THIS IS FAMILY. @valkyries_wxctf

Recruits, please be concious of what you put on social media. Sticking your middle finger up, crazy names and pics are all turnoffs for a college coach. Time to start the process into young adulthood, in other words you arent a child anymore so dont act like one.

One of my athletes call me today. told me a coach tried to get her to do a different workout over the break lol she educated him on why one workout wont make her better but could actually hurt her. They must be listening to me and my rants about ego driven coaches lol😂😂

Sprinters and hurdlers did 80:10min rest 120:12-15min rest 150 All out. Learning how to build and hold momentum. Gave them a C+ on the 150. A+ on the 80 and 120. Gotta build momentum better on longer reps. Cant back off and you def cant hold what you havent built.

A football player can high step into the endzone, bball player can dunk on you and scream but throwing your hands up in celebration at a track meet gets you dq’d. Some of the people pushing this outdated agenda of what sport is,needs to move out the way. The sport is dull enough.

Gavin and Amora came from high with prs of 10.90 and 12.58. Both have gone 10.40 and 11.73. Both have opened up with 60m time much faster than their pr’s from last year. We build stable sprint models and if you don’t have patience we aren’t the program for you.
