We tried to hold our vigil in support of the resistance in Kurdistan and Iran but asaysh attacked us with tear-gas and plastic bullets, pushing and intimidating us, forcing us to disperse. We are limping and raging and trying to regroup right now.

Shameful: a theatre group in Kalar is suspended for one year by the Directorate of Culture for “defaming the sacred!” In fact they relayed what an imam recently said: men who allow female folk to be without hijab are pimps! Since when has relaying a crime has become a crime?
