ಒಂದು ಹನಿ ನೀರು ಕೂಡ ಪೋಲಾಗಬಾರದೆಂದು ಜಲಮಂಡಳಿ ಹಗಲು-ರಾತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ನೀರಿನ ಕಳೆ ಗಿಡಗಳು ನಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಹರಿವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಹರಿವನ್ನ ಶೇ.50ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದವು.ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ರಾತ್ರಿ10 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ 2ಗಂಟೆ ವರೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ 1/2

ಜಲಮಂಡಳಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ರಾಮ್ ಪ್ರಸಾತ್ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಅವರು ಇಂದು 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ದಿಂದ 40 ಲಕ್ಷ ಲೀಟರ್‌ ನೀರು ಬಳಕೆದಾರರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ನೀರಿನ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಿತವ್ಯಯ ಬಳಕೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಪಂಚ ಸೂತ್ರ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ನೀರಿನ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಎಂದರು. 1/2
