@WalshFreedom Untrue. The Constitution LEGALLY defines the circumstances in which a person can hold office. Legal issues are handled by the courts... not the voters. The Colorado courts ruled that he engaged in insurrection and therefore LEGALLY is unable to hold office per the 14th amendment.
