The "shocking" prevalence of sexual harassment and the NDAs used to cover it up are not all too shocking to us.
We are so glad MPs are finally recognising the massive misuse of NDAs, an effective "crackdown" would be banning their misuse altogether!

The tactics companies and individuals use to influence victims/survivors into signing an NDA or non-disparagement agreement always seem to come from the same playbook. We hear too many times of the pressure put on individuals forcing them to make these life-changing decisions.
