lowkey craving a domino's and I looked at the menu cause I was curious about the cals and most 13.5" pizzas are over 2000 calories 😭😭 so even the like 7.5" ones are like 1k cals
part of me is happy my scales aren't working in case I've gained cause I don't know how I'd love with that, but I'm also anxious bc imagine I've lost a lot and I'll never know ☹️
this week's meal plan (the "•" is beside meals I've already had) I have to eat 950 cals on Tuesday cause I told my friend I would omad a taco bell or McDonald's before the mother mother gig 😔💞
my best friend is coming over on Thursday and like I'm pretty open about my ed w him and I'm making dinner for us so I'm gonna like make an assortment of my disordered meals for him to rate 😭😭
